wanna create something like that, you came to the right place.
that installation is created with inno setup. anything you want to know about inno setup, how to create installations like that or any other questions, there are two threads on how to make stuff like, it is call the inno setup troubleshoot thread and the tutorials thread. there is Game Installer Designer and BlackBOX v2 installer and those help you make the installer you want with no fuss.
