Ok, I may be wrong but as I understand:
1) Data3.cab will have all files in Data3.lst except for what is in Data3e.lst. 2) Data3.lst is just "*" and Data3e.lst does not contain the string "dlc_2\*". 3) Hence, Data3.cab would include "dlc_2" folder. 4) Data6.lst contains the string "dlc_2\*" while Data6e.lst only lists 2 files from the "multi/" folder. 5) Hence, Data6.cab would also include the whole "dlc_2" folder. Sorry if I misunderstood. |

I have not looked at the Data lists but the * means to copy 'everything', and the 'Data3e.lst' specifies the files which have already been allocated to other lists, this means all the lists are included, so whatever files appear on Data1 and Data2 lists will also appear on the 'Data3e.lst' exception list.
So Data3 list wants to include 'everything' except what has already been copied to Data1 and Data2 lists. ![]() EDIT: I have now looked at the lists, GigaDestroyer is correct. 'dlc_2\*' should also be in the Data3e.lst. 'dlc_2\*' is in 'Data6.list' and because it does not appear on the Data3e.lst it IS being copied to both Data3 and Data6.
