You take a transparent picture (.png).
You convert this picture to .bmp, with Paint.net or with an Video/music/allInOne Converter (I use format factory). in IC, you go to autorun tab. open the advanced menu (the bar at the bottom). switch the mainbackground to .PNG. change the background- IC will ask for a .bmp, and then for a .png file. (IC uses the bmp as a mask to write the png over it). same for Installer-Tab "Main Background". other Dialogboxes can be a pure .png file
