Execute .bat file in App Folder?

May be possible, Try putting the bat file into a SFX using winrar, 7z or your preferred archive method and try launching it during the installation process.
Like Hide it in the Redist or components Sessions or try around were you can put it and give that a run. Or you could also plan to execute the exe file which will then run the .bat file ( I assume, you already know how to do that. )
