Same with me here. Nowhere it will fit into 1xDVD5.
Currently trying to compress the game without its 5dlc's.
Even though GOTY edition means Game + DLCs. sigh*

Will report final compression size.


p/s :
Compression without DLCs is still not enough. It exceeds 1xdvd5.
Have to either try pakrat2k2's suggestion or go with 2xdvd5 for now.
