Keep getting this error

"Injecting code in process was not completed.
Check the validity of packjpg_dll.dll."

I compressed the archive using your quick compressor, method
a -ep1 -r -ed -lc512 -ld512 -mt1 -mprecomp+srep+lzma:a1:mfbt4:d256m:fb273:mc1000:lc8 "h:\*" ""h:\Setup.cab"
Precomp 0.43.
