my laughter is not at Razor becoming a moderator, even tho that did give me a little giggle and wont be happening any time soon, but more at the thought that someone who has been registered here for only 4 months thinks he knows what is best for Fileforums.

razor knows almost everything on this forum. This is enough on the forum. and always polite manner to respond. really good for me, despite his young age, and he would like to become a moderator

I do not understand what's missing in this guy to become a moderator???

'Tippex' and 'Joe Forster' are still around behind the scenes and will appear if and when they are needed.
We do not need another moderator at this time. It's as simple as that.
