without 'seeing' it I'll still say nice job on first conversion

maybe add a screenshot or two to the post so others can see what it looks like.

steps 4 & 6

Maybe clear up if MOVIES are to be compressed to Data2.cab ( step 6 ) then can be deleted, or if they are expected to be in folder ( step 4 )...

Im sure others may be wondering too..
