Exist a boot disc for the playstation 2 console??

No boot disk exists in the way you mean. You can buy boot disks that work in association with a modchip. These are Gameshark 2, Action Replay 2, DVD Region X. These boot disks have functions other than booting backup disks and those functions do not need a modchip.
What are trying to achieve?
