Sorry mate but there is no way around this problem!
Its due to the way in which the original hase been writen, with a game that CDRWin see's as being only mode 2 then this would not be an issue, but i believe that in this case as with many other games that CDRWin is seeing one Mode 2 track and one or more Audio tracks, and unfortunately the timing for the Audio is always going to out by some degree on the backup.
