And for those people who have problems with ic update issue. Add exceptions to all firewall protection programs like for instance, anti viruses.

For all users who cant vote. some of your account features like adding user to friend list have been disabled.

i dont know why, but i am one of this users, some features of my account is disabled

I've had a quick look at your account settings, seem fine to me but only Empire can fix these type of things. What exactly can you 'not' do on the forums? Let me know and I will let Empire know so that it can be fixed for you.
