The only thing missing was to edit the registry for the game to recognize the liguagem chosen.
Here is just English and Portuguese of Brazil and the game is only in English.

The registry is there, nothing is missing. I add the registry (x86 and x64) for all languages. So i dont know this is happens.
Strange is i have Win 7 64Bits. So i install the game and the registry was added in Wow6432Node folder. I run x64 exe and the game run in english. I run x86 exe and the run in portuguese.
kkkkkkkkkkkkk, the registry works in reverse. LOLOLOLOL
Now, i added the registry in SOFTWARE folder for x86 and run the game with x64 exe and the game run in portuguese. EA fail.
