You are using the old parameters. The current parameters are:
Add on Setup.ini in:

[InstallOptions]
PrecompVer=inside

And in:

[ExtractSettings]
FreeArcFile1=Data1.cab;DestDir:{app};Disk:1;
FreeArcFile2=Data2.cab;DestDir:{app};Disk:2;

Depends how many Data.cabs and DVDs you have.
