Burning cue and bin files?

As ever, I recommend that you search on the forum for the answer you need - it's there in detail. SO avoiding detail but taking it in principle:
1 Download CDR-WIN and use that the handle the cue/bin files
2 Hit the Burn button (Top Right) on the graphical toolbar
3 Supply the location of the cue file
4 CDR-WIN will take its data from the cue file and burn the bin file to CD-R
