Do you have enough RAM? Free your RAM, close other applications that you dont need for now.

Also, if you have Win 32bit, delete FreeArc-LZMA-x64.exe before run the compress.bat
Also, dont put the conversion files in the game folder.

@sigit_army I had the same problem with StarCraft II...

Open compress.bat with notepad and change
Code:
-msrep+lzma:a1:mfbt4:d256m:fb128:mc1000:lc8
to
Code:
-msrep+lzma:a1:mfbt4:d158m:fb128:mc1000:lc8
Highlighted (red) change is what helped me compress SCII on Windows 8.

4gb RAM and have more free ram, and deleted FreeArc-LZMA-x64.exe

i have change to d158m still error maybe i must use windows 7
