my computer cant read my whole disc

my computer goes to read the disk(crash team racing)but it only gets to 33% and stops cause it says it cant read part xxxx to xxxx??is there a way i can fix it so my computer can read the whole game thanx from united states

Blow outs during the read session are normaly caused by damaged or dirty disks, you could try using fireburner to read it because it is less likley to fail during the read session. Having said that, what fireburner cant read it inserts zero's and as no PSX game contains zero's then you wont get a true backup, you may even have a backup that fails partway through the game!
