To work with iss files you will need a program called inno setup, here is the link where you can find it http://www.jrsoftware.org/isdl.php . Make sure you download unicode version of inno setup. After you have downloaded the program, install it. When that's done you will be able to edit iss files
Now that you have the right program, open the InstallerScript.iss file again. At the top you will find the line which you will have to change : ;#define ProgramFiles "C:\Program Files\DMC Devil May Cry" . You just have to replace C:\Program Files\DMC Devil May Cry with the path where you installed your game. Make sure you leave the " marks where they are. After you typed the correct path save it , then press compile and wait till its finished. Here is a pic to show you where compile button is XD
