My Data1.cab has: 4,28 GB (4.604.230.055 bytes) and fit on DVD5. With other files: 4,36 GB (4.682.187.411 bytes)



Your size of Data1.cab is wrong.
Step 2: Move Artworks and soundtracks (if you have) to RER_2 before the compression.

you need to make sure to follow ALL steps as outlined in OP post, second conversion You've misread steps
