try reinstall inno setup

try believing someone who speaks ENGLISH !!! the OP wrote it wrong he wrote english.isl which is WRONG ! Its supposed to be default.isl. But NOT in Languages subfolder, in root folder..

it should be written:

then it would be correct for english!
