Well, that's the thing...
I tested the game on Friend's computer. It works. Same OS, same set of Apps, updates... Installed the game in same way I did on my comp, same redists... Everything same. His Windows is same as mine (literally, I maintain his PC) and game works on his PC... He also does not have SP1.
