if you run win rar
then goto file 43.cab of the windows cd rom or c:\windows\options\cabs if you have it i will be in there. just click the file and select "extract to" button on the top of the winrar screen. the location you want the file to go is c:\windows\system\ (i am sure it`s file 43 if not then it`s somewhere close to it ) any more problems just email me at [email protected]
