I have this game with English version only (I need only English version not other languages). Can you please let me know how to fit this conversion in 3xDVD5 ?

Make the conversion.
But I don't guarantee that fit into 3xDVD5 after update 1.438.0.

Make a test!

I planned the conversion with Compression=Lzma/Ultra64, if not fit, try change to: Compression=Lzma2/Ultra64. But I will not say if change much.
