to hide the Equalizer Button from autorun open your setup.ini and remove this:

[EqualizerButtonAR]
Left=535
Top=333
Width=31
Height=120
Visible=1

to hide the Equalizer Button from setup remove this

Code:

[EqualizerButton]
Left=630
Top=430
Width=31
Height=120
