ps2 mod chip ****urgently need help please****

just had a brand new pal ps2 dropped off for chipping, model no 30003. but when i opened it up, our lovely freinds at sony have totally changed the inside, any on know where to get the new chipping diagrams(neo 2) from?????
would be very very grateful for any help
