You should edit Setup.ini and change

GameSize=12000

to

GameSize=20000

Also, in your new attachment you changed #define location for location of the game to

#define ProgramFiles "E:\Program Files (x86)\Mass Effect Collection\Mass Effect 2"

You might want to change that back to

#define ProgramFiles "D:\Program Files\Mass Effect 2"
