I remember to you that the conversion is for keep one language, however use the autorun.inf below:

I tried, but this is the message if I start setup manually or by Autoplay...

And now?
Maybe Setup.exe must be edited?

Open regedit and then delete the entry:

HKCU\SOFTWARE\FLT\Steam\208500 (x86)
