You can, however i didnt write them down, since their size is only KBs.

I figured as much. Just wanted to be sure as I was using Windows search to find all files with DEU, FRA, ESN, ITA. It selects everything and you just have to delete. However be careful with FRA as it will pick up files with "frame" and "fraken*" etc.

Thanks so much btw. Awesome conversion as usual. Will test properly 2mrw, but it should be great as always.
