Thanks Rev0 for support .

So, I used again Inno Setup and I left it centrifuge my Max Payne installed directory.
I've obtained again *.bin files, but this time at the end of the splitting process (which launches setup.exe), I didn't press cancel like first time but "install/uninstall" - does Inno script launches setup.exe at the end of the process?
Now installation looks fine, I'll run more tests.

To modify setup.ini it's only about changing "MyExecutableName=MaxPayne3.exe" for "MyExecutableName=PlayMaxPayne3.exe" ?

If it created bin files, that's good. And yes, after compiling INNO always run setup.exe.

Setup.ini edit will do the job.

Ok, but that's part of the process like recording a "macro"?

I mean INNO launching setup.exe does affect something in installation process after that?
Probably got my first try screwed by something (first attempt stopped after 30 minutes because Windows 7 reserved access to a file into install dir). Second attempt produced unusable installation.

It has to be said though I had Nod32 running, even with protection disabled. That could be the cause.
