Best combo to burn ANY PSX game?

What about the black media? I thought it was the safest media in the market, since black layer tends to absorb ALL of the light and thus generate less errors, right?

Why is it not recommended? WHy are PSX games actually in black layer CDs then?

there is no such thing as an intentional error on a PSX game Sony doesn't intentionaly insert bad sectors or blocks on any game. If you get read errors then the game is damaged or dirty.
