This is the registry of language in windows 7 64 bits HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Capcom\RER C edit:

Locale=3082

All the code for language:
English=1033
Deutch=1031
French=1036
Italian=1040
Spanish=3082

But i dont know if windows 7 32 bits is the same :/
