The official minimum system requirements of the game are:

Windows XP with Service Pack 3
Windows Vista with Service Pack 2
Windows 7 with Service Pack 1

You have win 7 without service pack, however you can ignore it

The problem probably is i'm using Win7 Gamer (with sp1) xD
anyway, the install are complete without any problem and the game run perfect

Can I do the conversion with The Legend of Dead Ken Dlc ?

Intall the game and the dlc and then remake the conversion.
It should fit on 2 dvd5, you can also change the level of compression from -m3 to -m9 or -mx
