Syndicate (1x DVD5) *INNO+Precomp+Srep+FreeArc(LZMA)*

[pakrat2k2]

using freearc 067 gives error message when trying to remove those useless files from archive. Unsupported switches ? bah! will just recreate that last bin

but why do those useless files even get copied into the game dir, from your installer, can you not set them to dontcopy ?

You must use freearc in filter mode from command line (but first removes the useless files):

From Syndicate_DVD5 folder type:

e.g. arc a -ep1 -ed -r -w.\ .\Disk\Data4.bin -x"c:\program files\Syndicate\Content_Rus\*" -x"c:\program files\Syndicate\Content\*" -x"c:\program files\Syndicate\__Installer\*" -x"c:\program files\Syndicate\*RU.dll" -mprecomp:t-nfj+srep+exe+delta+lzma:a1:mfbt4:d256m:fb128:mc1000:lc8

Those files are useless when are located in the archive, the installer extracts the files (embedded) when needed.
