can you tell me the size of your two cab files
i've this problem, i can't burn these files, their + the installations files are about 4.45gb

data1.cab 1.43gb
data2.cab 2.98gb

perhaps the problem is my pc, it has a single cpu with only 1 gb of ram

Are you sure it's correct, not the other way about? I think you make some mistakes. Try again. My data1.cab is very similar to your and data2.cab has 1.36GB

Schabik I have polish version too and it fits DVD5.

Maybe you guys try to convert updated game and this is a problem.

There is a fast and easy method to rip unnecessary sound tracks from bicks. I.e. "Previously_On.bik" has 10 of it (2 for background sound + 8 for different languages). Removing 7 of them gives approx. 15MB

@robysnake91, my data1.cab is 2,94GB, data2.cab is 1,34GB. If you don't believe me, here is picture:
