PAL-NTSC Selector or Pal To NTSC for Road Rash: Jail Break

If you have the pal version and want to patch to use on NTSC - forget it.
Most, if not all, pal to ntsc patches are for ntsc versions.
If you have the NTSC version here is 2 links -

but if you have a ntsc/pal selector it wouldn't be a problem, right?
