Ok upon checking the FAQ and scanning the game:

As you can see it apparently has no protection. Though i'm betting its an unknown type as it asks for the CD when I try to run it without the CD in. And after copying all the files from the CD to my hard drive (it runs from the CD btw, theres no installation.)
