After I rip the game, how do i burn it

When you copied it to hard disk, there should have been a BIN file and a CUE file. You patched the BIN file. Now you run CDRWin; you select the first Icon (Burn/Record); set a burn speed of 4x (8x max on branded media); supply the path to the CUE file via "Load Cuesheet" and then hit Start Recording. No other boxes to be checked. That will burn the patched game back to CD-R.
