you have to move the ealogo.vp6 file to the movies folder in the second dvd. all I did was organizing the dvd a little bit so all the video files are in the second disc in "movies\en" folder

btw i think if i'm not mistaken that u tried the conversion from ur hard drive not from mounted iso or burnt backup, or else why would it ask for source folder "D:\movies"
