-> I had read the FAQ, but thought the sentence just concerned "game trainers" :
the sentence didn't speak about nocd so thought didn't concern nocd (please, nocd are not similar to game trainers ? ).

You're using the wrong software (or watching the results of the wrong software on online sites). Get a decent virus scanner such as one of the three I mentioned above; these are known for precise scan results, with few false positives and negatives.
