That message is the disc protection kicking in. I can't think for a second graphics drivers are causing this. Probably some active debugger is indeed running as it's saying. Maybe something running as a service or in kernelmode (SoftIce perhaps?). I would also try removing/disabling any virtual drives or any other software relating to backups and copying (especially if they are outdated now).
And this is doing it when you attempt to install? And only since your new card has been fitted? Hmm. Might be worth you running a malware scan while your at it, especially if you're having other issues with programs opening/running or anything out of the ordinary. |
