BoneTown Trainer Issue

I am having trouble with my v1.1 trainer. The game has been updated to 1.1 and when you do a compatability check all is OK.

In game the trainer works, gives you unlimited health and one hit kills etc. but when you go to do the missions it wont continue to the next point of the mission.

e.g. if you are stuck in a building and have to kill all these guys to get out, once you have killed them all it would normally move onto to the next bit, it doesnt and i am stuck at that point in the mission....

Don't know about the trainer, sorry. But you could try the cheats instead, they work for me when i played it some time ago.
