Nope, it doesn't work at all. None of the 4 options on it do.

You can use a hex editor like Cheat Engine to hack the memory and increase ammo, credits etc.

It's a hit and miss most of the time and time consuming.

I've only been able to create an Unlimited Ammo trainer so far.
You're welcome to try it.
I'm still working on Shield and Health options.
