If your on Vista or Windows 7, you can either disable UAC, by going to START > Control Panel > User Accounts > (Pick an account if multiple accounts are on your machine) > Then on window disable bottom option to turn off User Account Confirmation.

Or...

Right click the trainer and run as administrator.


If that fails then the trainer doesnt work.
