No Need for 2 Disk conversion, install the game and Compress the Game directory (~5.2GB).
Depending the self extracting method (rar, 7z, inno setup) you will get about a 3.5-4GB installer. It's much cleaner that way and no registry messing. It worked for me on WinXP Sp3 32bit and win7 64bit.
