Yep, it take too long after the instalation...(some how the physX process stuck after instalation) Just close the physX process and install it manualy.

PS:
But i think if you install directx, physX and gfwlivesetup first, the instalation should be faster (didn't test yet)

But this pakrat2k2's method works great, thanks alot bro!
