unprotected ###ne games

When copying unprotected games can this be done with just using cdrwin without having to apply any patch. Also what exactly are trainer and selector patches. Any help would be greatfully accepted. COME ON ENGLAND!!!

Yes you can copy unprotected games just using CDRWin. Just create the image then burn it back.

Trainers. These patches are for those people who like to be able to cheat a little. They give a menu to select things like Hidden Levels, Full Health and Invinsibilty. Personally i think they take away the true gameplay and entice you to cheat. (On the other hand......)

Selectors. These enable u to play USA (NTSC) imports on a UK (PAL) PSX machine. Obviously if you are backing up a PAL disc which is to be run a a PAL PSX then you wont need a Selector patch.

Generaly you only need to use the patches that defeat the copy protection.
