What games are they btw? Normally if you just create an iso on your hdd and burn it on cd it should work. If u get a warning just ignore it and burn the game anyway (the disc is not actually larger than the cd u r trying to burn it on, its just a form of copyright protection there to trick you).

CDRWIN should do the job, if it refuses to cooperate on a normal copy, create a .bin for the game with a cuesheet (as if u were going to do a game that needed patching) and then load up the cuesheet and burn it onto the disc. Should work fine.

sorry, i read the titile wrong, i thought u mean't psx games, didn't see the '2'.

Oh well. Are these games on CD or DVD btw (silver back if DVD, blue/purple if CD) because if its a DVD it isn't gonna happen (unless u have some incredible copying skillz and plenty of cash for a DVD-writer.)

It might just be a protection thing as i mentioned b4 with the psx games ... but check the back of the disk to see what colour it is. I'm not sure if the PS2 is using discs with odd capacities, but then again they might be, i dunno ...

Sorry but the only way arround this as 4nim4l said is to part with a huge amount of your hard earned cash and get a DVD writer.

At the moment these units are a snip at £2500.00 plus.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news

Is it possible to use a dvd ripper to rip the files off of it and then some how change it to a bin and cue file?

I can probably convert it to something else... now that i think about it if the ps2 cant play vcds (which i am assuming) it will needspecial software to play mpegs. Any other formats anyone cn recommend?

How about ripping the dvd and downsizing some of the movie and audio files (a bit like ripping DC games) so it will fit on a cdr.
just a thought don,t now if it will work on the PS2 but it does work for the DC.
