Solution
To solve the C++ problem when you try to run the game, just install the most recent Nvidia PhysX, that will solve it.
And It doesn't matter if you have ATI or Nvidia graphics. you can download it here: http://www.nvidia.com/object/physx_system_software.html Later.

help
i have done all these things you've told to do but the game isn't working.When i try to open the game an error happens and the game is closed.The error identifications is:
AppName: overlord2.exe AppVer: 0.0.0.0 ModName: overlord2.exe ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 0006d7da Someone could help me please.Thanks
