I've installed the game @ work and using the images this is what I've did:
DTLite 4.30.3 with 2 Virtual Drives (E: & F
1.- on drive F, mount the CoH_ToV image
2.- on drive E, mount the vanilla CoH image and unlock the campaign with your serial.
3.- back to Windows
3.1.- on drive E, mount the CoH_OF image
3.2.- in Daemon-Tools, select "Preferences..." and then "Advanced"
3.3.- select "RMPS" & "SecuROM"
4.- back to the Game, unlock the campaign with your serial and wait for the validation.

Drive E is the 2nd in the DT list but 1st in Windows Explorer.
I think you miss the RMPS & SecuROM step in DT Since ToV & vCoH doesn't use it.

Thanks for the instructions. I tried enabling "RPMS" and "SecuROM" after mounting the OF image on my F: vdrive and before entering my OF serial but Securom is still popping up the "Emulator detected!" error.
