I. Mess With Cab's
1) Copy game to temp folder
2) Download 'POP08-iscab14.0.0.162' and extract to temp folder
3) Run:
layout.bat
02_extract.bat - wait until finish [temp folder takes almost 14GB]
03_remove.bat - wait until finish [data2.cab - 747MB]
04_add_fake.bat - wait until finish
CLEAN_.bat


II. Cleaning to eng only
edit setup.ini and change from>to

EnableLangDlg=Y
[Languages]
Default=0x0009
count=6
key0=0x0013
key1=0x0009
key2=0x040c
key3=0x0007
key4=0x0010
key5=0x000a

EnableLangDlg=N
[Languages]
Default=0x0009
count=1

2)Delete non english folders in subfolders:
Support\License\
Support\Manual\
Support\ReadMe\

3)Rename in subfolder 'Support\VCRedist\'
vcredist_x86.exe to vcredistx86.exe


III. Important parts and the longest - Compressing
1) Download FreeArc and install it to any place

2) Run FreeArc and go to temp folder and subfolder 'Support\VCRedist\' [where extracted 11 forge files exists]
check screenshot for option for every forge file - pack it separately with max compression + gui
[select one file and click red button 'Add', 'Maximum (192mb decompression): -mx -ld=192m', check 'Windows GUI: freearc.sfx']
Do these steps for every forge files
after all files are compressed - delete all orginal forge files [leave new exe in untouched]

3) Download loader by nando2002, extract it to Support\VCRedist\

4) Make image with any volumelabel and test it before burn

NOTE
in freearc option
'Maximum (192mb decompression): -mx -ld=192m'
mean 2x192MB to decompression - 402 mb for me not 200MB or 192MB

use attached files :
loader and iscab
and skip setup.ini editing
