Yeah i think i can help in this case.
Its simple... Reinstall Cod 5, and reinstall it, then BEFORE you start the game for the first time, copy the Crack to your COD5 Directory and DISCONNECT your Internet Connection (simple pull the Lan cable). Then you can start the Game normaly. This is only needed for the First Time Start, after that you can keep your Internet Connection Online if you want... Have Fun (WoW what an awesome old Signature...need to update this... Long time no see ;P )
